The expertise will be provided through the following mechanisms: expert studies, conferences, study visits to Strasbourg, study visits to other CoE Member States, roundtables and seminars, workshops, technical assistance, placements in local institutions of experts from other Member States of the Council of Europe, translations of important texts and information in local languages and publications.

The Information Office of the Council of Europe in Tbilisi provides a local source of materials related to the Organisation's Member States and the full range of the Council of Europe's activities. The Office, as a central focal point for the Council of Europe's regional presence in the field, participates in the implementation of programmes.
